Tiversa, Inc., a Pioneer in Dark Web and P2P Cyber Threat Intelligence, Announces New Website

Tiversa, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based cyber intelligence company, has announced today the launch of its new website. The new website better aligns with Tiversa’s position as a leader in monitoring cyber threats emanating from the Deep and Dark Web, including P2P (peer-to-peer) file sharing networks to consumers, companies, and governments. This newly redesigned website offers quick and easy access to essential information and features, and offers a more comprehensive understanding of the Company's innovative services.

“When we were founded in 2004, Tiversa was a pioneer in a space that didn’t even have a name yet,” commented Griffin Schultz, Tiversa’s new CEO. “People now recognize the threats emerging from the Deep and Dark Web, so we wanted to provide a place where people can share best practices in helping to make the world a safer place by reducing cyber threats.”

The Deep and Dark Web, by some estimates, is 500 times larger than the surface web, or that which can be indexed by Google and other search engines. The Deep and Dark Web is where bad actors collect, share, and sell information - putting people, companies, and governments at risk. This part of the web is also known for malware distribution, one of the most critical threat vectors on the internet today.

Over its 12 years in business, Tiversa has amassed a two petabyte data store of Deep and Dark Web activity, and downloads several terabytes of new data each day. Using that data, combined with its customers’ targeted data sets and technologies, Tiversa is able to help its customers achieve better visibility into their cyber risks.

The new website has a clean design, improved functionality, and enhanced rich content and graphics focused on the Company's mission to make the world a safer place by reducing cyber threats. The new website is located at the same previous address: http://www.tiversa.com/.

“We’ve made a lot of changes to our business in 2016, and the new website is a great example. We are excited about this launch and the information it provides to help manage and eliminate cyber risk from the Deep and Dark Web and P2P networks. Stay tuned as we add content and grow the site into a vital resource for people and companies who share a similar vision and mission,” Schultz said.

Updates to Tiversa’s new website will continue in the coming months – which will include links to articles and other resources, whitepapers, a news/blog section, as well as product improvements, business activity, corporate milestones, and events. Visitors are encouraged to explore the website, share their feedback and ideas, and request more information at http://www.tiversa.com/about.html#contact.
